RATES weekly - 7 days

- November to March: 400,00 euro/week
- April-October: 530,00 euro/week
- May to September : 600,00 euro/week
- Christmas & Easter time 600,00 euro/week

Heating is not included in the price; it will be calculated by a counter. The client will pay only the consumption at 1,50 euro/hour

Weekly bookings are preferred (from saturday to saturday)
Minimum stay: 4 days.
Account required on booking-Balance to be paid in Italy on arrival upon keys-delivery.

The customer will be asked to fill out the registration form (in accordance with the rules of Public Safety)

A Kitchen contains at least a refrigerator, stovetop, oven and sink.The kitchen is complete with pots/pans & cutlery for preparing meals.

Clients Reception

Clients with their own car: meeting point in S.Giorgio Square in Varenna ( see map ), 50 mt. far from Maria’s House .
Clients arriving by train: meeting point at the railway station (400 mt. far from Maria’s House).

Customers are asked to advise the estimated time of arrival.
